Starting your own web page or website is not easy.  But, at the same time, many people have been able to get themselves online.  We encourage you to set up your own homepage, just so that you can say you've "done that".

Webmaster's Note:  My first few websites were quite disastrous.  My ISP told me to use Netscape's Communicator editor which I found hard to use.  Luckily, there are some very good sites nowadays that offer free hosting and point-and-click site creation tools.
