We can tell this site was built with genuine care and love for both animals and people. Few sites seamlessly combine animal fun and animal information as well as Billy Bear's Playground. This site is definitely worth a visit -- regardless of your age. The site offers a variety of animal stories and information in a section called Animal Scoop. They also have clipart, games, electronic postcards and desktop themes. But the feature we like most is their tribute to an orphaned baby squirrel they call Snickers. They found Snickers when he was approximately four weeks old - his mother was apparently hit by a car. They used the internet to quickly learn how to care for an orphaned squirrel and ended up raising Snickers for the next ten months until he could be released into the wild. They even have online movies of Snickers. You know, I'd have to say we were truly satisfied by the Snickers story (sorry, couldn't resist the candy bar mention). Check out Billy Bear's Playground.
